We are pleased to have now re-opened all of our global Cutler and Gross  stand-alone stores. Our teams are excited to have their valued customers back to visit for all your eye health and styling needs, however to ensure we are aligned with the government’s health and safety guidelines, your store experience will be a little different to what you’re used to….

Please read the below to familiarise yourself with our new store visit requirements.

To ensure we are maintaining the necessary social distancing measures, all visits to stores will need to be on an appointment only basis. Appointments will last an hour to ensure you still receive the same relaxed, but attentive level of service without feeling rushed.  Customers may be requested to have their temperature taken upon entry to store.  

Please call or email your local store to book in advance on our ‘Appointment‘ form.

Restrictions to the number of customers allowed in store will vary by location.  All customers will be expected to maintain the relevant safe social distance guidelines, whilst waiting to enter and for the duration of your store visit. 

If you require an urgent eye exam, please speak with a member of our team who will conduct an initial assessment over the phone, prior to confirming an eye exam appointment

These will be required to be worn for every customer who visit any of our stores. We will have a disposable mask to give you prior to entry, if needed.  Members of our team will also be wearing face masks at all times. 

All members of our team are committed to ensuring safety for all and will be wearing PPE at all times which includes; a facemask, a visor and disposable gloves. We are committed to providing the safest environment for you to continue to receive consultations and to 
browse our collections.

All surfaces within the store, equipment and frames for trying on will be regularly sanitised (before and after use) to maintain continuous levels of hygiene and safety for all customers. All customers will be required to use hand sanitiser.

We ask that you try to pay by card rather than cash where possible. We also accept Apple Pay.

If you are presenting any symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell, we ask you to refrain from visiting the store and self-isolate, in the interest of protecting yourself and others.  Please feel free to contact us for an appointment once you are free from displaying related symptoms.  Each member of our teams are committed to ensuring your safety and theirs is paramount at all times.
